What is Protection Against Domestic Violence

Protection Against Domestic Violence is a scheme run by the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Haryana, under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. It helps women facing physical, emotional, verbal, sexual, or economic abuse at home.

Haryana has appointed a Protection-cum-Child Marriage Prohibition Officer in every district. Each officer works from a Special Cell set up inside the Mahila Police Station. Registered service providers, government hospitals, and notified shelter homes work with these officers to help victims quickly and keep their cases confidential.

Registration Process on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal

Visit the Official Portal

Go to the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.

Click on "New User/Register Here" and fill in your Name, Email ID, Mobile Number and password. Click "Submit".

Verify the OTP received on the provided Email and Mobile Number. Alternatively, click on the Verification Link to activate the profile.
